Subscription Rev Growth
Growth Signal [CONFIRMED via Stay.ai Case Study]
Gleefull switched to Stay.ai for subscription management and saw 81% subscription revenue growth within 60 days. This is a brand that understands LTV and is actively investing in retention infrastructure. The subscription engine is working. What is NOT working: the front end. Cold traffic has no place to land except a product page or the long-form LP, and neither captures leads who don't buy immediately.

Lead Capture Status
NONE IDENTIFIED. No quiz funnel. No front-end opt-in. No lead magnet. Email capture appears to happen at checkout only. This is the single largest funnel leak.

Creative Strategy
Strategic rebrand end of 2024 signals new visual identity for 2025 campaigns. Active contractor hiring for Meta creative production. Content-first, testimonial-heavy approach. Real women as faces, not doctors or lab coats.
Confirmed Ad Hooks (inferred from LP copy)
- "Melts 1 lb of hormonal fat per day" INFERRED from LP headline
- "98.7% of menopausal symptoms relieved"
- "Starts working in 48 hours"
- "Without strict diet, exercise, or HRT"
- "152,223 women already transformed"
- "World's First Natural Supplement Scientifically Proven..."
Meta Ad Library Link (US, Active)
Copy Risk: Claim Strength vs. Authority Gap
The hooks are bold ("World's First," "Scientifically Proven," "1 lb/day"). The target audience (women 40+) has been burned by menopause supplement scams before. The ads and LP generate curiosity but the trust-building layer is missing: no named doctor endorsement, no citation links, no credentialed author. Compare to Natural Heart Doctor (Dr. Wolfson's face + board-certified cardiologist) or Laura Frontiero (NP credentials front and center). Gleefull is running hard direct response claims with zero authority anchor. This is a copy problem Emko can solve.
Funnel Leaks and Opportunities
Leak 1: Zero Lead Capture Means 85 to 90% of Paid Traffic is Gone Forever
There is no quiz funnel, no symptom checker, no free guide, no front-end email opt-in. Cold Facebook traffic hits the LP and if they don't buy immediately they leave with no follow-up mechanism. For a women 40+ audience who needs 3 to 5 touchpoints before purchase, this is catastrophic. Every dollar spent on Meta that doesn't convert to a sale is completely wasted. The 152,223 customer number is impressive but represents only the buyers. The warm-but-not-ready segment is 0% captured.
Emko Opportunity
Write and structure a "Find Your Menopause Solution" quiz funnel that captures name and email, segments by symptom profile (hot flashes, weight, energy, libido), and delivers a personalized product recommendation sequence. Even a basic 5-question quiz with a 3-email follow-up sequence captures 25 to 35% of traffic that currently disappears. Pitch: "I'll build the quiz copy and the email sequence. You supply the offer."
Leak 2: Bold Claims Without Authority Anchoring = Trust Collapses at the Decision Point
"World's First," "Scientifically Proven," "287 clinical trials referenced" are all big claims on the long-form LP. But there is no doctor name, no citation link, no named clinical researcher, no before and after with patient context. The target audience has been burned before. They arrive curious and skeptical. The current copy leans on social proof numbers (152K customers) but doesn't give the reader someone credentialed to trust. A nurse practitioner, a naturopath, a PhD advisory voice, anything. Without that authority layer the LP generates curiosity but loses trust at the exact moment the buyer is deciding.
Emko Opportunity
Rewrite the "mechanism section" of the LP to ground each key ingredient in a named study or named expert context. Write an "advisory voice" insert (even a quote box from a credentialed practitioner) that gives the skeptical buyer someone to believe. This is a section-level rewrite, not a full page rebuild. Show the before/after on a Loom walk-through as the pitch.
Leak 3: Bundle Builder Has 4 Steps and No Editorial "Stack Recommendation"
The bundle builder page requires 4 manual steps to configure a product stack. There is no pre-built "Hot Flash Relief Kit" or "Starter Stack for New Members" with a one-click add-to-cart. The upsell logic is buried in FAQs ("we recommend stacking to address more symptoms"). There is no urgency, no "most popular combo" callout, no countdown, no narrative explaining WHY stacking works better than a single product. AOV at bundle price is $163 to $177. Without copy-supported editorial curation, most buyers default to the $35 single bottle.
Emko Opportunity
Write 3 pre-configured "Solution Stack" offers for the bundle page: one for weight loss, one for energy and mood, one for complete protocol. Each gets a 60-word editorial narrative explaining the synergy. Add a "Most Popular" badge and a simple urgency frame. This is a 2-hour copy project that could 2x bundle attachment rate. Easy Loom demo: show the current bundle page vs. a wireframe of the stack-recommended version.
Pitch Angle: How Emko Positions to Gleefull
Core Pitch: "Your subscription engine is clearly working. But your front end is leaking. You're paying for Meta traffic that never gets captured because there's no quiz, no opt-in, and no mechanism story that earns trust before the buy decision. I can fix three specific things: your lead capture, your LP authority layer, and your bundle page editorial curation."
Specific weaknesses to lead with:
1. No quiz or lead magnet = you're paying for traffic you can never retarget
2. LP makes bold claims but doesn't cite a single study or name a single doctor
3. Bundle builder is 4 steps with no editorial stack recommendation to guide AOV up
4. Email sequence from opt-in almost certainly doesn't exist
Why Emko: This audience (women 40+, menopausal, skeptical of scams) responds to warm, science-grounded copy with a personal voice. That is exactly Emko's strength. Not aggressive DR blasting, but specific mechanisms explained clearly with emotional resonance.
Decision maker: Mike Zhang (CEO). Go direct. Martina Drapalova (HR) is NOT the target for a copy pitch. LinkedIn and direct email: mike@gleefullsupps.com.
3-Step Cold Email Outreach (Pattern 3: Specific Observation + Permission Ask)
Mike, I'm familiar with Gleefull because I see your ads all over my Facebook feed.
The UGC testimonial format is working. Women 40+ seeing real women share real results is exactly the right creative direction for this audience.
Here is something specific I noticed though.
Your long-form landing page makes a bold claim: "World's First Natural Supplement Scientifically Proven to Melt 1 lb of Hormonal Fat Per Day." That claim is doing the curiosity job well. But there is no doctor name, no citation, no credentialed voice behind it. For a woman who has already tried three other menopause supplements that didn't work, that claim without authority backing is where trust breaks down.
Compare that to your competitor Natural Heart Doctor. Dr. Wolfson's face is everywhere. Board-certified cardiologist front and center. It's not that your science is worse. It's that you haven't given her anyone to believe in yet.
A one-section authority rewrite on that LP is the kind of thing I do for supplement brands at your stage.
If I put together a quick Loom showing exactly what that section could look like for Gleefull, would you spend a few minutes with it?
Much love,
Emko
PS. Sorry for landing in your inbox cold. I only reach out when I see something genuinely specific worth sharing.
Mike, following up with one more thing I noticed.
Your LP leads with "152,223 customers." That is a powerful social proof number. But right now it is just a number floating in a headline.
The brands that convert best at your scale surround that number with a specific story. Not "152,223 customers" but "152,223 women who tried three other supplements before finding Gleefull." That tiny reframe turns a statistic into an identity mirror. The reader sees herself in it.
That is one sentence. One sentence in the right place on a landing page you are already paying to send traffic to.
I have two more specific observations about your checkout flow I'd want to walk through.
Still happy to put together a short Loom showing all three ideas together. Is that useful?
Much love,
Emko
Mike, one last thought and then I will leave you alone.
I went through your bundle builder. It takes 4 steps to configure a stack, and there is no pre-built "Starter Kit" or "Most Popular Combo" option with a single click.
Your copy and pricing already support $163 to $177 AOV. But most first-time visitors are defaulting to the $35 single bottle because the bundle page doesn't guide them through WHY the stack works better.
That is a copywriting problem, not a product problem. A two-page editorial recommendation layer could 2x bundle attachment rate on the traffic you're already getting.
If any of this resonates, I put together a short Loom walking through all three gaps: the LP authority layer, the social proof reframe, and the bundle editorial. No pressure. Just the video when you're ready.
Much love,
Emko
PS. Happy to share a sample rewrite on any one of these sections before we talk further.
60-Second Loom Talking Track
0:00 to 0:08 -- Open on the long-form LP
SCREEN-SHARE: Open gleefullsupps.com/pages/o30hs. "Mike, quick walkthrough of something specific I noticed on your long-form page. This is the page your Meta traffic is landing on."
0:08 to 0:22 -- The authority gap
SCREEN-SHARE: Highlight the headline "World's First... Scientifically Proven." "See this claim right here? It's doing the curiosity job. But scroll down with me. No doctor name. No citation link. No credentialed voice. For a woman who's tried three other menopause supplements, this is where trust breaks. She wants to believe you. But she needs someone credentialed to trust." Then open Natural Heart Doctor in a side tab. "Here's a competitor. Dr. Wolfson's face is the first thing you see. Board-certified cardiologist. It's not that your science is worse. You just haven't given her anyone to believe in yet."
0:22 to 0:40 -- The bundle page and lead capture
SCREEN-SHARE: Navigate to bundle builder. "And this is your bundle page. Four steps to build a stack. No pre-configured 'Hot Flash Starter Kit.' No editorial recommendation. Most visitors are defaulting to the $35 bottle because the bundle page isn't guiding them up." Then briefly show the homepage. "Also: I went through the whole site. There is no quiz, no opt-in, nothing to capture the 85% of your paid traffic that doesn't buy today."
0:40 to 0:60 -- The ask
"Three specific things: authority layer on the LP, bundle editorial curation, and a lead capture quiz. All copy. None of it requires rebuilding your tech. I write this kind of thing for supplement brands at your stage. If this makes sense for Gleefull, just reply and I'll share some examples."
